Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms & Conditions before entering an agreement with Rina Live2D Modeling.
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter reffered to as the "terms"), constitute an agreement between Rina Live2D Modeling (hereinafter referred to as "me", "my", or "I") and the client (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your").
Usage & Rights
I reserve the right to reject any project I do not feel I can fulfill to my or your expectations or that would break any of the following terms.
Rina Live2D Modeling reserves the right to exhibit, publish, or otherwise use on my website, pages and other social media sites any videos or screenshots relating to the modeling work.
Completed or partially completed works may be used unless there is any previous agreement with the client to keep them private.

Do not claim credit either fully or partially for the modelling work that is delivered.

Models may not be used fully or partially in any cryptocurrency, non-fungible token (NFT), or blockchain related activities.

Resale or redistribution of the delivered files to anyone other than the original client it was delivered to is strictly prohibited.
​
Commercial-usage of the work such as livestreams and monetized videos is allowed.
Payments & Refunds
Work must be paid for upfront and in full via PayPal or bank transfer.
Work does not begin until a full payment is made.

Refunds are not allowed after completed delivery of the work. Partial refunds will be handled based off of the completed progress of the total work.

If at any point I am unable to deliver the work as agreed upon between myself and the client, a full or partial refund will be provided based off of the completed progress of the total work.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Progress & Revisions
Progress (Work in Progress, WIP) will be shared periodically to the client throughout the process. Please report any adjustments or revisions at that time.
Minor adjustments and revisions are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
For any further revisions or adjustments to be made after that period, please contact me directly as there may be additional costs
Delivery of Work
Delivery of the work will be a .zip file containing the .moc3 file along with any expressions, physics, or settings files. The .cmo3 file will not be delivered. There is no physical item delivery.
Work will not be delivered if payment is refunded or a chargeback is initiated.

My Live2D models are fully compatible with VTube Studio. I am unable to provide support for other programs.
